Haas Automation’s complete line of CNC lathes is designed to meet the needs of modern machine shops, now and long into the future. The SL Series offers a wide range of capacities, and space-saving Big Bore versions are available that increase power and capacity while retaining the original footprint. Dual-spindle turning on the TL-15 and TL-25 boosts production and reduces setups with double-end part capability; and our series of Toolroom Lathes expands the product line – and the possibilities – still further.

Haas high-performance turning centers feature massive headstock castings with symmetric ribs for rigidity and thermal stability, on-the-fly wye-delta switching for peak performance throughout the rpm range and high-volume coolant systems for efficient chip removal.

All Haas SL models feature reliable brushless axis drives, and are available with fully programmable tailstocks (the SL-10 has a manually adjusted tailstock with a hydraulic quill). SL series lathes feature 10- or 12-position turrets that index to the next tool in less than 1 second, and live-tooling and C-axis options are available on most models to perform secondary operations without refixturing.

Haas TL Series CNC Toolroom Lathes offer affordable entry into CNC, and provide an easy transition from manual to CNC machining. They come standard with the Haas Intuitive Programming System, a proprietary conversational programming system that makes set up and operation easy – even without knowledge of G-code. A built-in thread-repair screen for both straight and tapered threads – something no other machine has –lets the operator easily tackle the types of jobs common in oilfield work.
