Haas APC – Automatic Pallet Changer

Increase productivity by running your Haas VF-3 or VF-4 unattended with our heavy-duty, automatic pallet changer. The Haas APC is a side-loading pallet changer featuring two 19" x 40" steel pallets. The heavy cast-iron base of the APC is secured directly to the VMC for stability, eliminating the need for further anchoring, and a three-point leveling system provides stability and prevents rocking.

The APC allows non-machining tasks, such as fixture setups and part changeovers, to be performed off-line on one pallet while parts are being machined on the other pallet

• Pallet size: X 40", Y 19"
• Max pallet load 1,000 lb
• Pallet hole pattern 1/2"-13 on 5" centers
• Designed and manufactured by Haas
• Pallet change time 30 seconds
• Clamping force 14,900 lb @ 85 psi
• APC footprint 60" x 50"
• Available for Haas VF-3 and VF-4 only

For maximum productivity, add two APCs, for a total of four pallets. With all pallets loaded – whether two or four – the VMC may be run unattended. This integrated system requires minimal training and runs seamlessly from the VMC's control (See below).
