Terms and Conditions
Your access and use of the Haas Automation, Incorporated website (the
"Site") (www.haascnc.com) is subject to the following terms and
conditions ("Terms and Conditions") and all applicable laws. By
accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or
qualification, the Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that any other
agreements between you and Haas Automation, Incorporated are superseded
and are of no force or effect.
Media (Image) Usage and Copyright
All media (images) contained within this web/ftp site are approved for
use by authorized Haas distributors to promote Haas Automation, Inc.,
and Haas products only. These sites and media (images) © 2010 by Haas
Automation, Inc. Use of Haas Automation, Inc. media (images) by other
than an authorized Haas distributor is strictly prohibited without prior
authorization. Written requests for the use of Haas Automation, Inc.
media (images) must be faxed to 805-988-6918. Please include a black and
white representation of the Haas Automation, Inc. media (images) that
you are requesting, or list the Haas Automation, Inc. media (images) by
name. You must describe the intended use for the Haas Automation, Inc.
media (images) and include the name of the responsible party.

1. You should assume, unless otherwise noted, that everything you see or
read on the Site is copyrighted and may not be used, except as provided
in these Terms and Conditions or in the text on the Site, without the
written permission of Haas Automation, Incorporated. Haas Automation,
Incorporated neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials
displayed on the Site will not infringe rights of third parties not
owned by or affiliated with Haas Automation, Incorporated.
2. While Haas Automation, Incorporated uses reasonable efforts to
include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, Haas
Automation, Incorporated makes no warranties or representations as to
its accuracy. Haas Automation, Incorporated assumes no liability or
responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Site.

property of or used with permission by Haas Automation, Incorporated.

prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms and Conditions
or specific permission provided elsewhere on the Site. Any unauthorized
use of the images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws
of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.
6. Unless otherwise noted, the trademarks, logos, and service marks
(collectively the "Trademarks") displayed on the Site are registered
Trademarks of Haas Automation, Incorporated. Nothing contained on the
Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or
otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the
Site without the written permission of Haas Automation, Incorporated or
such third party that may own any Trademarks displayed on the Site. Your
misuse of the Trademarks displayed on the Site, or any other content of
the Site, except as provided in these Terms and Conditions, is strictly

any off-Site page or any other sites linked to this Site. Your linking

8. Although Haas Automation, Incorporated may from time to time monitor
or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletins boards,
and the like that may appear on the Site, Haas Automation, Incorporated
is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or
liability arising from the content of any such locations, nor for any
error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity,
pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy in any information
contained within such locations on the Site. You are prohibited from
