VF-2YT Vertical Machining Center; 30" x 20" x 20" (762 x 508 x 508 mm), 20 hp (14.9 kW) 7500 rpm vector drive, 20-tool carousel tool changer, 1000 ipm (25. 4 m/min) rapids, 1 MB, rigid tapping, 55-gallon (208-liter) flood coolant system, 15" color LCD monitor and USB port. Table is 4" (102 mm) wider than the table on the VF-2

The Haas VF-2YT is a rugged, small-footprint vertical machining center that yields reliability and accuracy in a small-framed machine. The VF-2YT has a 40-taper cartridge spindle driven by a 20 hp (14.9 kW) vector drive. The VF-2YT produces either 75 ft-lb (102 Nm) of torque at a low 1400 rpm, or 250 ft-lb (339 Nm) at 450 rpm with the optional 2-speed gearbox -- and will also run up to 7500 rpm in 1.2 seconds for finishing aluminum. The Haas control features advanced tool management, single-button features, 15" color LCD monitor and USB port. With a long list of standard features and high-productivity options, the Haas VF-2YT is one of the best values available today.
