We provide company credit card for all travel expenses. Must have a current valid driver's license and a good driving record. Mechatronics degree is a plus but not required.

We currently have excellent opportunities for experienced CNC Machine Tool Service Engineers and Technicians who wish to join our growing service business. If you are highly motivated and share our commitment to excellence in service we invite you to apply.

At this time we are looking for experienced candidates only. To qualify you should have several years experience troubleshooting electronics and performing mechanical repairs on Haas CNC machines. Relocation expenses will be considered for candidates holding a Haas Certification.
Haas Certified Technicians are provided with a fully stocked service van to include special tools and equipment. Our service technicians are all equipped with computer, iPad with wireless Internet, iPhone, uniforms and safety equipment.
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
• Have a valid drivers license and maintain a good driving record.
• Meet the physical demands required to perform machine tool service.
• Have strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Be proficient in the use of a multi meter, vibration analysis, ball-bar, sonic belt tensioner, and other diagnostic and measurement equipment necessary to perform machine tool service.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, scheduling and service reporting software, along with computer skills related to the communication and troubleshooting of machine tools.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to make decisions and take the appropriate action when required.
• Have a working knowledge of machine tool programing as it relates to repair and troubleshooting.
• Be comfortable with the operation of a machine tool for diagnostic purposes.
• Proficient in reading blue prints, electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, assembly and troubleshooting guides.

The job duties will involve the installation and operator training, maintenance and troubleshooting of machine tools at our customer's facilities. You should be comfortable with working flexible hours and overtime as necessary to meet our customer's needs. The majority of our customer base is in the Phoenix metro and Tucson area though there will be occasional overnight travel to customers in outlying areas when necessary. You should be committed to customer satisfaction and be comfortable with helping customers by phone when necessary. When traveling you'll need to maintain accurate records of your expenses. Service reports and related documentation need to be accurate and complete, in addition you'll be responsible to maintain accurate inventory in your van.
