Important: Machine software version needs to be 100.19.000.1200 or higher.
The Service mode option (Service Level 1 or 2) is assigned to a specific serial number. This option is sold at the discretion of the Haas Factory Outlet. This option will allow you to put the machine in service mode, which will allow access to the Factory, I/O Config tabs (see Service Leve1 and 2 Comparison Chart below).
Note: After you purchase this option you will need to get a activation code and a USB service key from your local Haas Factory Outlet.
Note: Once this feature is activated the Service USB key will never expire on this machine.

|Factory Tab||This Factory tab is located in the Diagnostics> Parameters. Here you will find a list of common Factory settings, like Tool Change Offsets, Spindle Orient Offsets, Grid Offsets, Autodoor Open Times, Disable Axes, Min/Max Coolant Level, Status Relays, Enable/Disable Chip Conveyor, Enable/Disable Coolant Spigot.||X||X|
|I/O Config Tab||The I/O Config tab is located in Diagnostics. On this tab you can Update the I/O Config Table, when a new I/O PCB is replaced.||X||X|
|Patches Tab||This tab is located in Diagnostics>Patches. Here you can view / install / uninstall patches. These patches are used when adding field install options, like autodoor, mist condenser.||X||X|
|Patches Tab||Generate patches. Note: These patches will not be applied after a clean software update, they would need to be re-generated||N/A||X|
|Configuration Tab||The configuration tab contains all the machine parameters. Here you can view parameter descriptions and change parameter configurations. Note: Changing parameters can cause unexpected machine behavior and can void your machine warranty.||N/A||X|
