PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PLAN

A lower-cost option Haas Factory Outlet provides is the annual machine inspection. With this option, the annual inspection gives you the confidence that your machine is in top operating condition. However, you will be responsible for the cost of any repairs that are necessary.

THE HAAS 5-YEAR SERVICE CONTRACT

To provide the maximum protection and minimize the cost of ownership, we offer a 5-year service contract. With this option, you get an annual inspection to ensure that all is well with your machine, and we cover the labor cost for any repairs that are necessary during that time.

You allow us to keep your new Haas machine in optimal condition by purchasing a yearly service contract. This includes a PM inspection, and FOR EACH CONTRACT, you get the next year’s labor warranty FREE!

† The same warranty limits and exclusions defined in the manufacturer’s warranty will also apply to this agreement (see the operator’s manual for full warranty details). Generally speaking, this means repairs required for consumable items, misuse, or environmental damage are not covered. (Examples include, but are not limited to, changing filters, repairs due to crash from programming errors, or lightning strikes.) In these cases, the repairs will be billed at the HFO’s published service rates.

Warranty repairs will be done with no charge for the labor, as long as these repairs are scheduled during normal business hours. Emergency repairs can be scheduled on weekends or after 5:00 p.m. on normal business days, but in these cases, the labor premium for overtime will be billable at the difference between the regular rate and the overtime rate.
