Our Haas Factory Outlet office in Elk Grove Village is looking for a Parts Administrator to join our team!
With over 20 years of experience supporting the metalworking community of Northern Illinois and Indiana, HFO/Chicago is the exclusive distributor for Haas CNC machine tools and rotary products. The Parts Administrator will provide the highest level of service to our customers regarding parts order entry, tracking shipments, invoicing, and data/system management. This person will take customers' parts orders over the phone and via email, and also provide advice and information to our customers when necessary. Other duties include, but are not limited to:
Entering orders in our database and processing returns
Receiving incoming orders and returns from deliveries and properly allocating received items
Stocking service vans and perform van inventories
Picking, packaging, and shipping of any outgoing orders, including proper required documentation
Manage the parts inventory area, assist in spot checks and annual inventory audit
Possessing and maintaining a basic knowledge of machine tool industry and products represented by the company
Perform related duties as required

A minimum of two years' experience in customer service
The ability to lift, carry, and push up to 80 pounds
Strong team and organizational skills, solid time management, and the ability to prioritize while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other related business programs
