We are pleased to offer Haas customers a comprehensive preventative maintenance program performed by our certified service technicians from the Haas factory. Protect your Haas investment and maximize your productivity by using Haas certified professionals to keep your machine in the best condition possible. The essential elements checked at each preventive inspection are listed below.

Preventive Maintenance - Items inspected

The items normally inspected are listed below. Preventive maintenance plans are available for all Haas machines. Additional services, repairs and replacement parts are agreed with the HFO and are subject to standard service rates. The Preventive Maintenance Service provides a list of necessary repairs and possible parts needed for future maintenance.

SPECIAL OPTIONAL SERVICES

They must be carried out at the time of the preventive maintenance visit

Through Spindle Cooling (Milling Cutters) / High Pressure Cooling (Lathes)
Check the precharge pressure, the hoses, the pressure on the pump, the body seal and the condition of the filters.

Pallet change / Piece loader
Check wear of the guides, status of the switches, alignment with the machine, status of the limit switches and of the remote control panel.

Bar Feed (Haas brand only)
Check alignment, limit switches and repeatability.

Vibration Analysis Report
Verification of machine vibrations against various pre-established criteria. Isolate potential problems as long as they are manageable.

Analysis with Ball Bar
Used as a diagnostic tool, the ball bar test verifies the circularity, positioning error and repeatability of your machine tool. Only available on machining centers at the moment.

Measurement probe calibration
Recalibrating the measuring probe of the WIPS system ensures the integrity of the measuring system.

HOURLY RATES

Standard hourly rates
Ordinary working hours - Monday / Friday from 8:00 to 17:00

Ordinary work hour 97,00 EURO
Overtime work hour 119,00 EURO
Technical output which includes hours of travel and km 360,00 EURO
Single rate for all of Italy, excluding the islands

Expenses for each meal 26,00 EURO
Expenses for hotel and allowance for overnight travel 120,00 EURO
Travel expenses: car rental, plane at cost

Payment terms
The standard payment terms for technical assistance and spare parts services is RIBA 30 GG DFFM.
