Highly Qualified Service Technicians
We have a fully staffed service department with factory-trained employees. Regular training and education enables us to provide state-of-the-art service, which we are pleased to offer to our customers.

Availability of spare parts
We carry an extensive range of spare parts available at short notice for service and maintenance work. If a spare part is missing, we usually receive it within one or two working days.

Best Haas One-Call
Our Platinum One-Call Service provides you with qualified services and short response times, so that your machines never stand still. Our service team was awarded the 2012-2013 Platinum Award for the best Haas One-Call Service in Europe.

New installations
Installations of new Haas machines are included in the sales price; there are no additional costs for commissioning.

Guarantee
We offer a standard one-year guarantee on machines and spare parts. When purchasing a machine, there is an additional option to extend the warranty by another year on the machine.

We are pleased to offer Haas customers a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Program carried out by our Haas Factory-Certified Service Engineers. Protect your Haas investment and maximize productivity, by utilizing locally available Haas factory-certified professionals to keep your machine in the best possible condition.
