HFO/Midwest Service Engineers are known for the heroic efforts they make every day to keep our customers in Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia productive. Each Service Engineer is factory-certified, and dedicated to supporting a single range/brand of CNC machine tools: Haas.

The benefit to you, as a Haas owner, is that our Service Engineers know your machine inside and out, and have extensive experience performing routine maintenance, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Our first-call repair rate is 90%, which is not just the best in the industry, but there’s no other brand that even comes close. We accomplish this by arriving at your facility in a vehicle fully stocked with the parts and tools necessary to fix your machine, often during the first call. And, because our service engineers are local, they also won’t get lost driving to your shop.

Beyond the parts inventory stocked in our service vans, HFO/Midwest also manages an in-house consignment inventory of more than 350 different Genuine Haas Parts, providing you with a response time that is the best in the industry.

If you’d like to proactively keep your Haas CNC machines and rotary tables in top running condition, we can also provide special services, such as Preventive Maintenance Programs, 11-Month PMs, Maintenance Classes, and Ball Bar Calibration services.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

HFO/Midwest is pleased to offer Haas customers a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Program, carried out by our Haas Certified Service Engineers. Protect your Haas investment and maximize your productivity, by utilizing locally available Haas factory-certified professionals to keep your machine in the best possible condition.

PM Comprehensive:

All systems are checked, and any conditions found are detailed, giving you a complete picture of your machine’s state of well-being. The process can take 1-2 days, depending upon the machine complexity.
