I just wanted to reach out and thank all who helped get our machines up and running in the last two months. The correct parts were always available, either ordered in a timely fashion, on the truck, or the technician would go to another location and pick up the parts. I can’t say enough about the technicians who were here doing the work. I wish I could name all the names, but there were several different technicians here. I am impressed with every one of them; I saw them go above and beyond on every job they did.
I was amazed at how they could troubleshoot something and get something to work. There was even a time where a seal was leaking, and that was not even what he [the service technician] was here for. He communicated to me that it was leaking, and he picked up a seal and replaced it along with what he came to our facility for.
I have worked with many teams, from farmers, cheese factories, machine shops, maintenance at Kraft/Nestle, and even our shop that I am working for here at Eagle. The teamwork was just unbelievable. They were very professional, positive, outgoing, and ambitious, and their communication was top notch during a pandemic year. One of the things I miss in maintenance or working as a mechanic is the high technical skill and the fun behind the scenes. I want to thank you guys for always doing an excellent job for our company!
