The Basic Haas Mill Operator Class
This is a one-day class that is meant to help familiarize users with the Haas control, and assist with setting up a mill. The class covers basic safety, the Haas NGC control, loading and organizing programs, setting tool offsets, setting work offsets, some basic probing operation, and other general information on the machine.

The Basic Haas Lathe Operator Class
This is a one-day class that is meant to help familiarize users with the Haas control, and assist with setting up a lathe. The class covers basic safety, the Haas NGC control, loading and organizing programs, setting tool offsets, setting work offsets, some basic probing operation ,and other general information on the machine.

The Basic Haas Probing Class
This half-day class that is meant to familiarize users with the Haas probing system. The class will cover probing from the VPS page, probing from the offsets page, and a few basic commands for programming the probe by hand.

Rotary Installation and Calibration – Single Axis Rotary / Dual-Axis Rotary
Our engineers will assist in mounting and indicating-in the rotary, initializing it with the control, and calibrate the centers of rotation. If applicable, they will provide training on proper use of DWO/TCPC.

Haas Lathe Live Tool
This half-day class is meant to familiarize users with the Haas Live Tooling/Y-Axis Lathes. This course covers use of the Haas Live Tooling, Y-Axis Option, and using the C-Axis. Attendees must have completed the Basic Haas Lathe Operator Class.

Haas Bar Feeder / APC / APL
This half-day class is meant to familiarize users with the Haas Bar Feeder / Automatic Pallet Changer / Automatic Parts Loader.  Attendees must have completed the Basic Haas Lathe Operator Class.

Fusion 360 CAM – Group Class
This two-day class is an introduction Autodesk’s Fusion 360 CAD/CAM program, and will cover the basics of using the software

Applications Assistance – Quoted Based on Project Needs
This service is for individuals looking for more in-depth assistance from one of our Applications Engineers. Our engineers can assist with CNC programming, workholding and tooling selection, part setup, and program optimization.
