Chip clearing and tool lubrication are well known issues when it comes to machining quality parts. Removing chips ensures that the tool is cutting fresh material and that there aren‘t any left over chips. Coolant also helps lubricate the tool when cutting for a clean finish, and helps tools and inserts last longer.
