Add a drop of Ethyl Cyanoacrylate (Instant Glue) to the bottom of the polyurethane bushing. Fully insert the new polyurethane bushing into the bore on the end of the bar pusher piston.
Mark the line on the bushing 0.1" (2.5mm) away from the face of the bar pusher piston.
Cut off the excess bushing material parallel to the face of the bar pusher piston.
Clean the spud coupler and add a drop of Ethyl Cyanoacrylate (Instant Glue) to the bottom of the spud coupler. Fully insert the new spud coupler into the bushing .
Note: There should be a 0.1" (2.5mm) gap between the spud coupler and the piston shaft.
IMPORTANT: Use the hose cutting tool to trim the bushing. Uneven edge will cause the bushing to wear prematurely.
