The 20000 alarms (20000-20017 currently) are informational messages only. These are usually generated at power up and only show in the alarm history. This information is used by our software developers for debugging purposes. They typically do not require any service action. The exception is with the SD Memory Card Failure messages. This indicates that the machine has the extended memory option but the SD portion of the processor is not operating correctly.
It will be common when updating Pre-2018 machines to new software for a 20003 No Sound Card Was Detected messaged/alarm to be generated at power up in the alarm history. New controls are equipped with audio components for use with the machine videos. The new software will check if the components are installed at power up. No service action is to be taken for this message.
