Bijur Mechanical - Oil Pump

Note: The location of the Bijuir mechanical-oil pump is different on some machines.

The Bijur mechanical-oil pump axis-lubrication system is under the control cabinet. For more information on this system, refer to the Axis Lubrication Systems - Bijur - Mechanical - Oil Pump.

High Pressure Grease

Note: The location of the pump is different on some machines.

The high pressure axis lubrication system is adjacent to the control cabinet, inside the air-lubrication cabinet. For more information on this system, refer to the Axis Lubrication Sysytem - Minimal Lubrication System - High Pressure.

Restrictor Flow Grease

Note: The location of the grease reservoir is different on some machines.

Note: There is no grease pressure gage on this system.

The restrictor flow axis-lubrication system is adjacent to the control cabinet inside the air-lubrication cabinet. For more information on this system, refer to the Axis Lubrication Sysytem - Minimal Lubrication System - Restrictor.

Non-Restrictor Flow Grease

Note: The location of the grease reservoir is different on some machines.

Note: There is no grease pressure gage on this system.

The non-restrictor flow system is adjacent to the control cabinet, inside the air-lubrication cabinet. For more information on this system, refer to the Axis Lubrication System - Minimal Lubrication System - Non-Restrictor Flow.

Haas Liquid Grease

Note: This systems has a grease pressure gauge [1] located next to the grease reservoir.

The Haas Liquid Grease lubrication system is adjacent to the control cabinet, inside the air-lubrication cabinet. For more information on this system, refer to the Axis Lubrication System - Minimal Lubrication System - Haas Liquid Grease.

Haas Axis Lubrication Oil

Note: This systems has a oil pressure gauge [1] located next to the oil reservoir.

Introduction

This document contains the following tables:

  1. The Lubricant tables contain the recommended lubricant type and capacity for Haas machine components.
  2. The other tables contain information about the properties of the lubricants.
  3. The Specialty Grease and Sealant tables contain the description and part numbers for each item in the table.

 Note: The lubricants in this table are for all Haas machines made after 1989.

 Note: You can get the lubricants in the "Alternate Lubricant" column from automotive parts stores or large retail stores that have automotive parts.

 Note: Use the Manufacture's website, found in the "Product Page" link in the tables below, to get the latest Safety Data Sheets (SDS) or translated copies of the Safety Data Sheets.

 Important: If there are more than one Alternate Lubricant listed for your region, Lubricants from Kluber are preferred. 

Shelf Life

In general, the recommended shelf life for oils and greases is typically five years when stored properly in the original sealed containers.
