Standard Coolant – Universal - 14’ Hose - Replacement

The Flood Coolant 14' Universal Replacement Hose is a universal kit. Not all of the parts will be used.

This kit contains all of the parts necessary to replace the low-pressure supply hose on a Haas CNC machine.
The hose in this kit replaces the 5/8" or 3/4" flood coolant, factory-crimped hose on your machine.
The clamp-style hose fittings make a tighter connection that prevents leakage.
The nylon braided hose is durable, providing years of standard use.

Tools Required

Prepare the new hose:

Select new fittings:

Remove the old fittings from the machine, if applicable.
Match the fittings from the old hose and the machine, if applicable, to the fittings in the kit.

Install the new BARB FITTING [D, E, F, or G] onto the machine.

Put a HOSE CAP [A] over the barb of the fitting.

Put a CLAMP [B] over the end of the new HOSE [C]. Push the new hose fully onto the fitting.

Put the CLAMP [B] back over the barb section of the fitting 1/4" - 3/8" (6-10 mm) from the cap.

Use clamp pliers [5] to tighten the clamp around the hose.

Do this again on the other end of the hose.

Operate the coolant system at full pressure. Look for leaks.
