Push [POWER OFF].

Set the main circuit breaker to the OFF position.

Lock the main circuit breaker. Use an approved lock with an approved safety tag.

Using the magnetic base, attach the LED LAMP ASSEMBLY to the machine at a position that fully illuminates the workpiece.

Remove the Molex connector from the power extension cable [3].

Connect the power extension cable [3] to the new female C13 WORK LAMP POWER CABLE [1]. Use the CRIMP WIRE NUTS [2].

Connect the cable attached to the work light to one end of the work-light extension cable [3].

Inside the enclosure, push the included plastic hose [1] up through the front hole of the pendant arm. Push the hose through the arm until it comes out the bottom of the pendant arm at the rear of the machine.

Use tape [2] to attach the work-light extension cable to the hose. Wrap the hose and cable together tightly into a smooth bundle that will slide through the pendant arm without getting caught. Pull the hose from the back of the machine until the cable comes out of the arm.

Insert the (2) screws [1] included in the kit through the switch bracket [2] and through the two holes near the rear end of the pendant arm. Place a washer [3] and a nut [4] on each screw. Tighten the nuts. Install the pushbutton switch [5] into the switch bracket. The switch will snap into place.

Connect the work-light extension cable [6] to the pushbutton switch. Route the power cable [7] from the switch to the ground-fault circuit interrupter inside control cabinet. Connect the power cable to the terminals of the ground-fault circuit interrupter outlet marked "LOAD" [8].

Set the main circuit breaker to the ON position.

Push [POWER ON].

Press the [RESET] button on the outlet.

Push [POWER OFF].

Set the main circuit breaker to the OFF position.

Lock the main circuit breaker. Use an approved lock with an approved safety tag.

Using the magnetic base, attach the LED LAMP ASSEMBLY to the machine at a position that fully illuminates the workpiece.

Connect the cable attached to the work light to one end of the work-light extension cable [3].

Inside the enclosure, push the included plastic hose [1] up through the front hole of the pendant arm. Push the hose through the arm until it comes out the bottom of the pendant arm at the rear of the machine.

Use tape [2] to attach the work-light extension cable to the hose. Wrap the hose and cable together tightly into a smooth bundle that will slide through the pendant arm without getting caught. Pull the hose from the back of the machine until the cable comes out of the arm.

Route the work-light extension cable [1] into the control cabinet. Use cable ties to bundle the work-light extension cable with the existing wiring. Connect the end of the cable [2] into P36 [3] on the I/O PCB.

Connect one end of the power cable provided in the kit to the terminals of the ground-fault circuit interrupter outlet marked "LOAD" [4]. Connect the other end [5] to P83 [6] on the I/O PCB.

Remove the back of the pendant.

Remove the hole plug [2] from the side of the pendant and install the pushbutton switch [1]. The switch will snap into place. Connect the switch cable [3] provided in the kit to the switch and to J4 [4] on the SKBIF PCB.

Attach the rear cover to the pendant.

Set the main circuit breaker to the ON position.

Push [POWER ON].

Press [SETNG/GRAPH].

Change Setting 7, Parameter Lock to OFF.

Press [PARAM/DGNOS].

Set Parameter 737:7 WORKLIGHT VIA SKBIF to 1.

Push [POWER OFF].

Set the main circuit breaker to the OFF position.

Lock the main circuit breaker. Use an approved lock with an approved safety tag.

Using the magnetic base, attach the LED LAMP ASSEMBLY to the machine at a position that fully illuminates the workpiece.

Remove the rear panel from the pendant. Remove the hole plug [1] from the side of the pendant and install the pushbutton switch [2].

Remove the Molex connector from the power extension cable [3].

Connect the power extension cable [3] to the new female C13 WORK LAMP POWER CABLE [1]. Use the CRIMP WIRE NUTS [2].

Connect the work-light extension cable provided in the kit to the pushbutton switch. Route the work-light extension cable into the pendant arm. Pull the cable out of the pendant arm through the small hole near the back of the enclosure.

Press the cable underneath the cable retainers on the top of the enclosure. Push the cable through the hole near the front of the enclosure. Connect the work-light extension cable to the work light cable.

Connect the power cable [1] to the pushbutton switch. Route the power cable into the pendant arm. Pull the cable out of the small hole at the bottom of the pendant arm at the back of the machine.

Connect the power cable to the terminals of the ground-fault circuit interrupter outlet marked "LOAD" [2]. Attach the rear cover to the pendant.

Set the main circuit breaker to the ON position.

Push [POWER ON].

Press the [RESET] button on the outlet.

Push [POWER OFF].

Set the main circuit breaker to the OFF position.

Lock the main circuit breaker. Use an approved lock with an approved safety tag.

Using the magnetic base, attach the LED LAMP ASSEMBLY to the machine at a position that fully illuminates the workpiece.

Route the work-light extension cable [1] into the control cabinet. Use cable ties to bundle the work-light extension cable with the existing wiring. Connect the end of the cable [2] into P36 [3] on the I/O PCB.

Connect one end of the power cable provided in the kit to the terminals of the ground-fault circuit interrupter outlet marked "LOAD" [4]. Connect the other end [5] to P83 [6] on the I/O PCB.

Remove the back of the pendant.

Remove the hole plug [2] from the side of the pendant and install the pushbutton switch [1]. The switch will snap into place. Connect the switch cable [3] provided in the kit to the switch and to J4 [4] on the SKBIF PCB.

Attach the rear cover to the pendant.

Set the main circuit breaker to the ON position.

Push [POWER ON].

Press [SETNG/GRAPH].

Change Setting 7, Parameter Lock to OFF.

Press [PARAM/DGNOS].

Set Parameter 737:7 WORKLIGHT VIA SKBIF to 1.
