Power OFF the machine. 

Turn OFF the air supply.

Remove the top and side access covers [1].

Open the lube panel cabinet.

Install the Bar Pusher solenoid assembly [1].

Connect the solenoid cable to the connector label BAR PUSHER.

Install the elbow [2] on the air manifold.

Install the pressure sensor [3] on the bottom of the lube panel.

Connect the air hoses to the bar pusher solenoid [1]  and elbow [2].

Route the hoses to the top of the air lube cabinet [4] then down through the lower cabinet.

Connect a hose to the pressure sensor [3] elbow fitting and route behind the air lube cabinet [5].

Open the electrical cabinet door.

Connect cable PN 33-5601 Bar Pusher Out of Position to P59 on the NGC I/O PCB [1].

Connect cable PN 33-5602  Bar Pusher End of Bar to P62 on the NGC I/O PCB [2].

Route the cables inside the electrical cabinet as shown.

Pull the cables from the top of the electrical control panel.

Insert the cable PN 33-5602  through the top of the lube panel [1].

Connect the cable PN 33-5602 Bar Pusher End of Bar to the pressure sensor inside the lube panel [2].

Cable PN 33-5601 route it through the back of the machine and leave it for now [3].

Remove the 6 screws [1] from the side panel.

Route the hoses and cable through the center hole [2] on the lower support.

Install the lower support [3] and tighten the screws to 60 ft-lb.

Run the hoses and cable bundle through the swivel bracket hole [1].

Mount the swivel bracket on the lower support [2] with one screw.

Center the swivel bracket and install the (4) screws [3] with the washers. 

Note: Do not tighten the fasteners at this time.

Install the (4) leveling screws [4, 5] and drive them half way through.

Pass the air hose [1] that comes from the pressure sensor through the side corner hole on the upper support.

Pass the cable P/N 33-5601 [2] through the hole on the opposite end of the upper support.

Install the gromment on the cable.

Install the upper support [3] on the swivel bracket.

Install the (4) bolts and washers [4].

Note: Make sure that the round side of the washers are facing up.

Level the Upper Support bracket [5].

Tighten the (4) bolts.

Install the upper switch support bracket [1].

Install the (4) screws [2].

Install the switch, pressure gauge, and regulator [3].

Connect the air hoses as shown in the illustration.

Insert an air hose through the upper support and connect to the air fitting.

Spiral wrap the hoses and tie them to the bracket with the velcro strip.

Install the spade connectors from cable PN 33-5601 to the micro sensor [1].

Install the sensor to the switch bracket [2] and mount them to the upper support bracket [3].

Zip tie the cable to the bracket.

 Slide the cable slack back into the upper support bracket.

Mount the guide bracket [5] with one screw [4] at this time.

Install the shock knob [1].

Install the lock pin to the shock absorber. [2]

Install and lock down the shock absorber to the knob.

Remove the tube bracket [3] from the bar pusher assembly.

Place a washer [5] and bushing [4].  Install the tube bracket [3] base to the upper suport bracket.  

Install the shock knob [1] to the Bar Pusher tube bracket [2].

Mount the Bar Pusher assembly [3] and lock down guide stabilizer bracket [4].

Slide the Bar Pusher until the brackets are 12" (305 mm) apart.

Install the half end of the tube bracket [5] and snug the (4) bolts.  

Level [6] the tube bracket, and fasten the (4) tube bracket bolts.

Connect the air hose to the tube bracket fitting and then tie it to the Bar Pusher tube.

Cut the other hose to the correct lenght and connect it to the tube fitting.

Tie the air hose to the Bar Pusher tube and slide the extra slack into the upper support bracket.

Lock down the guide bracket [1].

Note: The guide bracket should have more swing on the load side.

Install the decal [2] on the side of the bracket.

Install the (4) hex nuts [3] on the jack bolts.
