Install the encoder  to the Yaskawa motor.
- Install 25-6293A (encoder bracket) and 25-6298 (bracket sheet metal) to the motor using 4 EA of 40-1645 (SHCS 10-32 x 5/8).
- Attach 25-6298 to 25-6293A using 2 EA of 59-0742 (spring).
Install the new motors  spacers to the tool release piston (TRP).
Note: Match the orientation of the spacers .
Install the motor using the lifting bracket .
Plug in all encoder and terminal box cables.
Once the spindle and motor coupler are mated, align the motor to the spindle.
Leave the motor bolts loose during alignment.
Run the spindle CW and the CCW at 1000 RPM for about a minute each.
Begin to slowly snug the motor bolts down while running CW at 1000 RPM.
If there's any noise from misalingment you can put the vibrational analyzer on the spindle and watch the vibration displacement spike as you snug each bolt.
