To shim the TSC shaft:
Measure the radial runout .
Mark the high spot with a pen .
Loosen the TSC shaft enough to create a gap between the TSC shaft and the motor shaft.
If the radial runout is than .0015'' use .0005'' shim stock.
If the radial runout is greater than .0015'' use .001'' shim stock.
Insert the shim at the marked location  and torque the TSC shaft to 30 ft-lb.
Trim away the excess shim stock.
After shimming the TSC shaft:
Measure radial runout . It must not exceed .0005''.
Measure axial runout . It must not exceed .0005''.
If shaft runout cannot be corrected with shims contact Haas service.
