This CAT40 ER32 collet chuck accepts a variety of ER32 collet styles, and has a 2-1/2" gage length. The double-taper collet design provides high clamping force for round, smooth shank tools, and offers a wide gripping range with excellent TIR and balance. It is through-tool coolant (TSC) capable, with a 5/8"-11 pull stud/retention knob thread.

Gets the job done
I'm typically a Lyndex-Nikken guy, but I'm a startup. For workhorse tooling this is the best you can get and its cheap enough to not break the bank. I've gotten quite a few while half off. If there is a sale stock up on as much as you can afford to.

Pleasantly Surprised
I ordered a few of these ER holders with my machine, thinking they would be a hold over untill I figured out production tooling. After using them I was very impressed with the quality and runout, and I've made atleast 3 additional orders of HAAS branded holders.

Precision Tool Holder
Haas continues to impress us with the quality of ER collet chucks. We care most about TIR, repeatability, and tight grip. We are now standardizing on Haas tool holders. We achieve less than 0.0001" ITR, usually on the first try. Price can't be beat. These holders are as good as, or better than holders costing 10 times the price.

This is a great buy! Very competitive price and great quality product. Haas was very quick to deliver as well being as these are a stocked item. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone in the machining industry. Dont forget your pull studs though!

better than shars at a better price
we got a 6 pack of these just to see the quality of them. we had bought Shars before and compared to the Shars, the Haas ER32 holders, it is like night and day. the Shars TIR was anywhere from .002-.0035 however the Haas Holders had a TIR of .0003 -.0008. i was really amazed considering the price.

Excellent ER32 Holder
I purchased two of the CAT 40 ER32 holders with a 2-1/2" gage length. I have used several brands of ER32 holders and I am very pleased with these. The accuracy of these holders more than meet my needs and the price is competitive. The overall quality/look of the holder is excellent also. I will definitely purchase more.

Great holder
These are nearly the universal tool holder if you have room for the collet nose. We have been loading these up with all of our larger tooling 1/2" and over. The mating surfaces and tapers are nicely finished, and the collets snap firmly in the nut. Excellent value and more holders always beats swapping tools between holders!

Good price to keep tools loaded
Product not exactly as pictured on website. But seems to work the same. TIR is accurate and the price is right. Definitely worth the price to not be constantly playing musical tool holders. I keep a lot of my specialized tools loaded in these.

Works perfectly

Best bang for your buck
I have Schunk, Parlec, Technic, and EMI ER collet tool holders in my arsenal, these chucks are just as good quality and TIR is as good as any of the other brands. They look great too. I will buy these over any other brand from now on.
