Haas Robot Package 1 is an all inclusive robotic automation solution for your Haas machine. Everything needed to start automatic loading and unloading of parts is included in this package (robot, stand, fence, etc.), so you can be up and running, fully automated, in a couple of hours, not days. 

The main components included in Haas Robot Package-1 are:

  • FANUC LR Mate 200i D 6-axis robot arm
  • Base stand and parts table
  • Robot electrical interface box
  • CE-compliant safety guard fencing
  • End-of-arm parts gripper (single gripper standard; double gripper available)
  • Part spring pusher

Haas Machine + Haas Robot Package 1 = Quick Set Up and Easy Automation 

Haas has simplified the communication between the CNC machine and the robot with our Electrical Interface Box. This box includes every connection needed to be fully set up for robotic automation, including outlets for robot power, robot communication, safety fence interlock, remote jog handles, and remote E-stops. Additional Electircal Interface Boxes can be purchased seperately, allowing you to easily move your robot between multiple machines.

On mills, pair the Haas Robot Package with a Haas E-vise or pnematic vise with programmable air for fully autonomous part loading and unloading.

HAAS AUTOMATIC PARTS LOADER

The Haas automatic parts loader (APL) is designed with today’s job shop in mind, providing simple and affordable automation on Haas turning centers and mills. 

The APL integrates seamlessly with the Haas control, and is set up through a simple, intuitive interface that uses graphics, animations, and detailed text to guide the operator through the steps necessary to quickly set up and program the APL. The operator enters basic information by either positioning the part grippers and pushing a single button, or by entering basic numeric values. All values are calculated automatically by the control, and the APL is ready to go.
