Not only does the HSF-325 allow you to load tools into the holders quickly, but removing them is just as fast and easy. Because the expansion rate of the holder is much higher than that of the cutting tool, simply follow the same process to heat the holder, and in a few seconds, the tool will be free to remove easily, with no effort.
There are no other clamping methods that grip the tool 360° around the shank in the holder. This creates an average gripping force that is more than double that of collet chucks and other similar of clamping systems.
And due to the uniform heating and cooling process of the holder, the runout of the tool is guaranteed to be 0.0002" or better. This eliminates balance issues at high speeds, and can increase tool life considerably.
