Job Responsibilities of a Field Service Engineer
• Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machine tools and controls
• Review and use technical documents and manuals
• Possess and maintain current in-depth knowledge of the machine tool industry and company product lines
• Promote and perform preventative maintenance on customer machine tools
• Complete all necessary documentation and submit to the office and customer detailing status of repair and machine

Qualifications and Competencies
• Experience with CNC machine repair or operations

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

As a CNC Field Service Engineer, you will have the unique opportunity to travel extensively to federal facilities across the nation, providing hands-on installation and repair of CNC machines. Utilize your deep knowledge of CNC operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in CNC operation, installation, and maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• A passion for delivering top-notch service 
• A willingness to travel extensively

Compensation:
