6-STATION PALLET POOL

Whether you’re doing high-volume production runs, high-mix/low volume machining, or just want to run lights-out, you can boost the productivity of your EC-400 with our fully integrated 6-station pallet pool. NOTE: The Pallet Pool requires the optional 50+1 or 100+1 side-mount tool changer.

SPINDLES

All Haas spindles are designed and built in-house at our Southern California manufacturing facility. Our 40-taper HMCs comes standard with an 8100-rpm, inline direct-drive spindle. For high-speed cutting, optional spindles up to 15,000 rpm are available.

TOOL CHANGERS

Tool capacity needs can vary by the job or process. As with all systems on Haas machines, these tool changers are designed and manufactured in-house by Haas. Our 40-taper HMCs come standard with a 30+1 side-mount tool changer, with options for a 50+1 or 100+1 side-mount tool changer for additional tool capacity.

FULL 4TH-AXIS ROTARY INDEXER

Haas 40-taper HMCs come standard with a full 4th-axis rotary indexer, providing high-accuracy positioning for tombstones and 3+1 work, as well as simultaneous 4-axis motion for contouring and complex parts.

WIRELESS PROBING

Setup reduction is critical to maximizing the productivity of any machine tool. With the probing solutions available from Haas, any machine can be set up in minutes with just a few button pushes. CHIP & COOLANT MANAGEMENT

Chip and coolant management is critical for any machine tool.
