Open the main air valve. This moves the brake piston forward to the pressurized position.
Slowly open the rotary-bleed tool ball valve. Wait for the bubbles in the rotary-bleed tool reservoir  to stop.
Close the main air valve. This returns the brake piston to its unpressurized position. Pull the pop-off valve on the main manifold to release the air pressure in the system.
Oil flows backwards through the system. It eventually fills the master cylinder and the main reservoir.
Caution: Keep the rotary-bleed tool reservoir full. Do not let air back into the rotary table.
When bubbles stop flowing into the main reservoir , close the ball valve on the rotary-bleed tool.
Repeat this step until no more bubbles are in the system.
Set the main air supply valve to the ON position.
Clamp the break and make sure you get between 700-750 psi on the pressure gauge .
Unclamp the break and remove the rotary-bleed tool.
Use a magnetic 5mm hex key to install and tighten the bleed plug into the port.
Install a new table-bolt plug into the hole in the table.
Repeat the Evaluation procedure.
