HRT210

210 mm Rotary Table

For holding medium to large parts or fixtures, the HRT Series of T-slotted rotary tables is the answer. These rugged, heavy-duty tables can be mounted vertically or horizontally for added versatility. Chucks and fixtures can easily be bolted to the table using the six precision T-slots, and large through-holes allow for bar feeding and special fixture-locating requirements.

Note: Requires a Haas mill with 4th-axis drive and NGC software version 100.21.000.1130 or later for full 4th-axis operation. Stand-alone operation requires a Haas rotary control box shipped after November 10, 2021, with software version 26.38 or newer.

KARLSEN & SOLBAKKEN

In 2001, Karlsen & Solbakken Maskinering AS (KSM) bought its first Haas machine, a VF-4 vertical machining center. The machine is still in daily production, and the tolerances are almost the same as the day the machine was rolled onto the floor for the first time. Customer Spotlight - K&M Engineering, Inc.

K&M Engineering was founded by Jason Kittredge and Michael Marrazzo in 2013, with a Haas VF-2 and Mini Mill (in a garage). In 2020, K&M Engineering invested in their first twin-pallet horizontal machining center, a Haas EC-400, to compliment their growing fleet of Haas verticals. The 4-axis capabilities of the EC-400 have allowed them to simplify and eliminate difficult setups, while holding consistent tight tolerances, run after run.

Customer Spotlight - Graphicast, Inc.

Every part machined at Graphicast Inc. is from a zinc-aluminum alloy casting (known as ZA-12) produced in their own foundry. Recently, Graphicast replaced an aging VMC with a Haas VF-3SSYT with HRT210 rotary table.
